Platforms with users inside and revenue every month.
A real product: sign-up, roles, subscriptions, recurring payments, admin panel and metrics. All the boring parts that keep a SaaS standing once people start showing up.

A product, not a website with a login.
Accounts and permissions
Sign-up, verification, password recovery, teams and roles with different permissions per profile.
Subscriptions and payments
Plans, free trials, recurring charges, invoices, failed payments and cancellations. With Stripe, wired up properly.
Dashboard and metrics
Content and user administration, plus the numbers you need to look at every morning.
Scale without surprises
A well-modelled database, caching and automated deployment. Growing should not force a rewrite.
It makes sense if...
And if it does not, I will tell you on the first call. I would rather lose a project than build one that does not help you.
You have a product idea and need an MVP you can show and charge for.
You already invoice, but your operation lives in spreadsheets and email.
You want to move from selling hours to selling subscriptions.
You have a half-built SaaS and need someone to finish and maintain it.
Questions about this service
Q/01How much does an MVP cost?
It depends on how much the product has to do on day one. The useful conversation is the other way round: tell me your budget and I will tell you what MVP fits inside it and what we leave for phase two.
Q/02What if the product does not work?
That is why I work in short phases: you launch sooner, measure with real users and decide with data whether to keep investing. Spending six months before the first opinion is the most expensive mistake there is.
