Four steps. No surprises at the end.
A fixed quote and a phased schedule before the first line is written. Every week you see something working, not a progress report.
Call and fit
Half an hour to understand what you need, who it is for and what the constraints are. I leave that call telling you honestly whether I am the right person or whether something else suits you better.
- —A price and timeline range, spoken
- —What I would do differently and why
- —Zero commitment
Fixed proposal
Scope, phases, deadlines and price in writing. Plus what is not included — the part almost nobody writes down and the one that causes every problem later.
- —A document with scope and phases
- —A fixed price per phase
- —A schedule with real dates
Development in deliveries
A staging environment from the first week, with a link you can open whenever you like. Every few days there is something new to review, and changes get requested against something you can already see.
- —A permanent staging link
- —Repository access from day one
- —One point of contact: me
Launch and support
Deployment, measurement and documentation. Afterwards you can book monthly hours for improvements or just call me when you need to. No hidden minimum contract.
- —Code and access in your name
- —Documentation for another developer
- —Analytics configured
What everyone asks before starting.
Q/01How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, but you will never find out by surprise: after the first call you get a fixed quote broken down by phases. A corporate website, an MVP and a subscription platform are orders of magnitude apart, and I tell you which range yours falls into on that same call.
Q/02How long does it take?
A well-built website, weeks. A product MVP, one to three months depending on complexity. In every case there is a staging environment from the first week, so you watch the progress instead of waiting for a final delivery.
Q/03You work alone — what if you disappear?
The code, the repositories and the access are yours from day one, and the project is documented so any developer can pick it up. I never leave you depending on me for lack of information.
Q/04Can you take over a project already under way?
Yes, it is common. I review the existing code, tell you clearly what can be salvaged and what is better rebuilt, and give you a plan with costs before touching anything.
Q/05Do you work with agencies on a white-label basis?
Yes. Several agencies subcontract their development here and deal with their client directly. I can sign an NDA and work inside your workflow and your tools.
Q/06What about maintenance after launch?
Optional and with no strings: you can book monthly hours for improvements and support, or just call me when you need to. There is no hidden minimum contract.
